Volunteer Committee Openings for the following areas:
Sponsorship: Introduce Healing House to local businesses to underwrite event costs..
Silent Auction: Collect Jewelry, art, restaurant, trips, and sporting events as donations.
Tea Party: Collect tea pots & tea cups, day of help serve.
Registration/Check out Team: Welcome guests, name names and take payment. Partner with Tea Party team & Silent Auction team.
Table Sponsors: Recruit groups of 10 to sit at a table. Goal to fill 25 tables.
Hostess: Welcoming team at the hotel for our event.
Set up/Take Down: Set up before event Silent Auction, Tea Party, Put our programs, gifts. Take down; clean up tea party, etc after event.
Model/Makeup/Retail Coordinator: Day of lead a run through of all models for timing, have point people in back room to help the flow of models and happen with ease throughout the event. Works with make up gals & models & retail managers.
